The Scrapyard Challenge

November 8, 2013 Guest User

This was a great experience, showing how much creativity can thrive off of tight deadlines (this was a 5 hour hack) and limited resources. Materials where all broken or no longer used hardware, except for the batteries and tinfoil.

THE EXPERIENCE

It was definitely exciting to make something out of garbage with such a quick turnaround. The first half of the 5 hours where mainly about collecting pieces and getting them to work individually. We would have never landed with such crazy ideas without using limited resources. Creativity needs limitations sometimes.
